PLEASE HELP!

I passed the verification call.An [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary] said i would need to attach some documents and they would follow up within 3 days. I received an email asking for documents. I sent all the required documents.That was two weeks ago. I havent heard back. What do i do? I just want my money back. Amazon is keeping my funds in reserve and I am not able to do anything. Not even access a customer service chat, as [Moderator Edit: removed inappropriate commentary] their customer service is. What do i do? I keep emailing asking for a followup and there is literally no one on the other end that cares to respond. I just want to get my money back, close my account and forget about Amazon like a bad dream.

As there are many situations that require both of these actions encompass a large number of situations. I would ask that you further clarify why this occurred, or if you are able to post your most recent performance notification surrounding this situation? If possible, I would ask that you also share any related case ID's you have related to the subject. Since you mentioned providing documents, can you also advise on exactly what was provided? If this is related to inventory, sourcing, intellectual properties, or authenticity please share where you're sourcing and the brand.

This information will help me in researching and fully understanding your situation. This will help in offering guidance and next steps, or if necessary communicate with the appropriate teams to review the situation further.

Surrounding the concerns of funds, if the account was recently deactivated, there is a minimum 60-day hold on all funds if the account remains deactivated for this period of time. After this time frame, you can typically reach out to our disbursement teams to request the disbursement for any remaining funds. Please be aware per our funds withholding policy, if this situation is related to authenticity, intellectual properties, or dangerous goods, funds may not be eligible for release.
