Our product is showing as being surpressed due to Amazon internal policies, so it is not currently available for the Prime Day sale.
I raised a case with Amazon and they fixed it and then randomly it surpressed it again.
Our account is in PERFECT HEALTH. We meet every single prime day criteria perfectly. We have checked there is a reference price. We are the brand owner. Our product is new etc etc and its still surpressed.
We have worked all year to be ready for Q4 and everything is Perfect and now Amazon are destroying our business for no reason.
Has anyone else had this happen and how do I get onto someone at amazon that will help.
I keep escalating over and over but they wont look at my account properly and see what is causing the issue on their end.
I feel sick

Danny here, chiming in as I was able to take a look through those case IDs, and see one was closed by you recently, with another still under investigation. Can you help share if you are still facing challenges in this regard?
I also want to highlight the 'Troubleshooting Technical Errors' section of the Troubleshooting suppressed and active Deals help page, which does offer some possible paths for resolving technical issues. Have you already tried canceling and creating a new discount for this ASIN to see if that helps resolve this?
