Account access and unauthorized charges.

Dear Amazon Seller Central Support Team, 

I am writing regarding ongoing serious issues with my Amazon Seller Central account that have remained unresolved since March 2024, despite multiple attempts to resolve them through various channels. Critical Issues: 

1. Unauthorized Recurring Charges:  - You continue to deduct funds from my account despite my inability to access it  - Multiple attempts to log into my Amazon store have been met with "invalid charge method" messages  - Charges are being processed without my ability to access or manage my products 

2. Account Access Problems:  - Unable to access my Seller Central account to manage my inventory  - Cannot make necessary posting corrections  - Multiple attempts to resolve access issues have been unsuccessful  - No meaningful response to my numerous support requests 

3. Product Retrieval: 

- Have been attempting to retrieve my products since March 2024 

- No assistance or resolution provided despite multiple requests  - Unable to manage inventory due to access restrictions Financial Impact:

- Continuous unauthorized charges since March 2024- Unable to conduct business or manage inventory

- Financial losses due to inability to access and sell products

- Additional expenses from attempted resolution efforts Immediate

Actions Required:

1. Immediate cessation of all account charges

2. Full refund of all charges deducted since March 2024

3. Immediate resolution of account access issues4. Facilitation of product retrieval5. Detailed explanation of why this situation has been allowed to continue Please note that this situation has caused significant financial hardship and mental distress.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, and if any additional unauthorized charges are processed, I will have no choice but to:

1. Seek legal counsel

2. File formal complaints with relevant consumer protection agencies

3. Hold Amazon legally responsible for all financial losses and emotional distress incurred I expect a response within 48 hours with a concrete resolution plan. This is a serious matter that has gone on for far too long without proper resolution. Required Account Information:
