Seller Identity Verification issue case id : 2730494193

currently facing with the seller identity verification process for opening an Amazon store.

We have successfully established a store on the Amazon platform in the United States, and we are excited to expand our business into the Australian market.

We have diligently followed the required steps and submitted all the necessary documents, including copies of our passports and updated company registration documents. We received an automated reply stating that our identity verification could not be completed based on the submitted documents.

Please provide us with the necessary guidance so that we can successfully navigate through the seller identity verification process. Thank you

Good Evening @Seller_4DwhbUUU4JoMi,

Thanks for reaching out to us on the Seller Forums. I just wanted to check in with you regarding some of the issues you were facing with activating your Australian Amazon selling account.

  1. Reach out to NA Selling Partner Support to see if there is anything they can do on their end.
  2. Since this is involving an Australian selling account set up, the NA SPS team might direct you to contact the Australian Selling Partner Support to see if they can assist.
  3. If you are unable to contact them, you may contact Australian Amazon Customer Support and request to be transferred to Australian Selling Partner Support.
  4. I'd also recommend reaching out on the Australian Forums if you are eligible to view it by changing the toggle in the top right corner (Linking image below) to see if other sellers have dealt with similar issues when setting up their global selling accounts.

Feel free to let me know if you have any questions regarding the information I have provided above. Have a great weekend.

Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
