It happened to me as well. 31 pound box they received and claimed there was nothing in it. Now I'm waiting for them to receive 5 more shipments and I'm scared of what will happen. How can we escalate this situation?
we also have this problem, it is the warehouse BFL2 too , we have waited about 1 month and the package still not check it, we guess that this warehouse BFL2 lost our package.

Just had the same happen
Either goods to this place are not checked in or are checked in and all missing
Clearly we did not ship entire packages empty.
We are going to stick to central and east for now and kill any shipments to this warehouse. Maybe its a new facility
This is terrible. I also lost 270 units with BFL2 - SHAFTER, CA warehouse. Same issue. Tracking clearly shows that parcel is delivered to the warehouse. Amazon closed shipment without receiving any items. We filed claim with Customer Support, CASE ID 16325823301, and they clearly denied our claim saying that they "We have completed an additional check in response to your request. We have no record of receiving the following expected items". We provided complete set of documents and proof of delivery from UPS with the person name from the Amazon warehouse who received the parcel. It also shows the weight of 14.50 kilograms which means this can't be nothing. I have been a seller on amazon since 2017 and have never faced any issues with delivery. Please help!
