Unreceived Units in Shipments from AWD to FBA

Hello,

We are experiencing an issue with missing units in shipments from AWD to FBA: FBA18H38WGXK, FBA18H3DJMLM, FBA18GP42ZB1, and FBA18H3FP7PQ. Some units were not received at FBA, and we have not received a response from support.

On February 6, we created case 17148685951 and provided the invoice (Proof of Ownership) as requested. Since then, we have not received any updates, despite reaching out to support multiple times.

We have reviewed our shipments and, although we haven't received a response to the case, we see the update that FBA18H38WGXK, FBA18H3DJMLM, and FBA18GP42ZB1 have been received in full. The only remaining issue is with shipment FBA18H3FP7PQ.

Please help us get a response.

I asked our partner team to review those Shipment / Case IDs. They are investigating that information, and I will follow up with updates as they become available.

In the meantime, our support team opened a new Case 17303483301 with you to provide updates on Shipment FBA18H3FP7PQ, the only shipment with remaining issues.
