We just received a 1 star - negative seller feedback from a buyer claiming they purchased from us in the past and had issues with multiple orders from us. They also mentioning being in contact with us and how we "made things right" for another item they purchased.
The buyer has no previous orders with us beyond the singular order they placed about a week ago and has never contacted us (we have no message thread with them), this review was clearly left on our page accidentally, unfortunately the buyer has opted out of receiving all messages so we have no way to try and rectify the situation.
We know it is a longshot but has anyone has luck getting feedback like this removed? We have acknowledge we believe their feedback was a mistake in the public reply, but this still effects our ODR and 365 day feedback percentage.
