1. You are not talking to Amazon here, this is the seller forum. And Amazon employees will not explain you how you have to list or discuss with you how you have to do it.
2. You wrote five beautiful, well sounding sentences without telling us WHAT exactly is your problem. We just hear " challenges, complex issue, complications, needs a nuanced approach".
3. You will probably get help from other seller here when you describe WHAT is your problem. Unfortunately we don't know what your problem is.
4. Amazon is a self service platform. YOU have to set it like a big machine and to push the correct buttons for it's working how it should. Nobody can explain you this machine, you have to learn it yourself by watching the videos in Seller University.
