Account level reserve more than 2 payment cycles

Hi Amazon,

I am writing to address a concerning issue regarding our account payments. Over the past two payment cycles, we have not received payment for our sales on the platform. Upon further investigation, we noticed that all our payments for US account are being held in the account level reserve, which has significantly impacted our cash flow and operational capacity. Our account has good healthy.

We have opened support ticket ID: 15816116811/ 15793995311/ 15786983261/ 15746660861, it is in "answered" status, saying "has been forwarded to another Amazon team", no further response from there.

This unexpected delay and reserve allocation have caused financial strain on our business. We kindly request your assistance and guidance on resolving this matter promptly. Any advice or insight you can provide to help expedite the release of our payments and alleviate this financial burden would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry you are dealing with this. I dealt with this all of July and finally got my funds last week. Open 1 case and ask the mods here to escalate the case for you.

Not sure what is triggering this on amazon, but it is affecting multiple sellers who have no violations whatsoever. Please search "funds in reserve" on the forum search bar to see my post and many others post about this.
