We located in Europe and we are not citizen of US. Also, we dont have Amex or any other bank account from US.

We can create pre-paid label for our customers in Canada by Canada Post but USPS never allows us!

We tried so many times with different methods, never accomplished to get the label. Is there any way that we misses?

System doesn't accept our credit cards or PayPal accounts. We just get constant failure.
