My account is in good status and there are no other issues, but my shopping cart has been lost for half a month. I opened a case and it said it might be a compliance issue. I provided it, but it has been under review. Is there anyone who can help me solve it quickly?

Thanks for reaching out. I have reviewed your listings and see that your items are listed as your brand, but in fact the packaging has another brand on them. Per the help that was provided by @Seller_z3XfkorVSmnEY (thank you) "You need to set a competitive price for your item, meaning it’s less than or equal to the lowest price from major retailers outside Amazon" Even though you are branding incorrectly, which is a policy violation, we will still compare it to your product. I recommend that you create your listings with the correct brand or match to the correct brand if it already exists.
