For years we've had issues having our proper negotiated FedEx rate for FedEx Envelopes show on Amazon Buy Shipping Services. We've escalated this several times and all resulted in dead ends. Basically, Amazon Buy Shipping services is relaying to FedEx that we are using a package type rather than FedEx Envelope.
Our 2 Day OneRate with the FedEx Envelope dimensions (9.5 x 12.5 x 0.5 in) works great. When we use these dimensions for Amazon, our overnight prices are about $10-$15 more than our negotiated rates.
Does anyone know how to fix this or how to escalate this so that it can be resolved?

Have you attempted to disconnect your FedEx account from buy shipping and then reconnect it? I have seen that fix issues like this.
We also use FedEx One Rate, and our overnight prices in buy shipping match our account rates.
