As the title says, I have a buyer who’s been messaging me tons of times before the estimated delivery date, claiming she didn’t receive her order, saying we changed the delivery date, and accusing me of scamming her.
I decided to fully refund her order—even without a return—because it wasn’t a huge amount and I wanted to prevent a negative feedback. Sadly, she still left a very upset negative review afterwards, accusing me of not responding and calling me a scammer (even though she got a full refund and is keeping the product for free).
Now, after being refunded, she’s asking Customer Service for a replacement on top of that! I feel I’ve done more than what’s reasonable, and it seems the buyer is being unfair—possibly acting in bad faith.
Could a moderator please look into removing this feedback? I truly appreciate any help or advice you can offer.
