Seller support refusing to escalate a case , when they do not know how to fix it.

It is really frustrating to deal with this kind of seller support.

1 they don't know how to help us.

2 they don't want to escalate the case

Seller support : Flor -- very unprofessional and rude

Can anyone help me get in touch with the leadership team?

You might have better luck telling us what the problem is or at least putting up your case # and tagging a mod.
