I am a new private label on amazon and source my product entirely from Alibaba, My account was deactivated after a listed a product, the product haven't sell any single item yet but Amazon claimed it inauthentic. I have sent them an invoice from a supplier from Chinese (Alibaba), including all their contact details, address and website but Amazon said they do not have sufficient information to deactivate my account.

My question is what should I provide to Amazon in order to reactivate my account. Th listing was generic and is not a branded item and entirely a private label.
