same situation as you , already open case …

Greetings @GRMS_Homes,
Thanks for reaching out with your concern. I’ve reviewed at I think I can explain what is happening here. Amazon charges Overage Fees once a month, but you are subject to a charge for every day of a given month in which you went over the limit.
For example say I have a limit of 100 and due to a shipment I sent arriving earlier that I expected, I exceed that limit and go to 125 for three days. After three days, the excess inventory sells out and I’m back to the limit of 100, but at the end of the month I will still be charged for the 3 days that I exceeded the limit. Even if my current inventory is less than my storage limit, the estimated monthly storage fee is based on every instance in which I exceeded limits within the charge period.
You can review this in the FBA inventory storage overage fees help page below:
How do I know if I’m subject to the inventory storage overage fee?
If you have a Professional selling account , you are subject to inventory storage limits. If you’ve exceeded your current limits for a given storage type by the end of the day, for any day in a given month, you’ll be subject to the overage fee. This charge will occur even if your inventory was subsequently reduced to a level below your storage limits allocated for that month.
In any instance in which you have a fee charged in error, you can contest it by reaching out to Seller Support after the charge occurs and requesting a reimbursement. I understand you may have more questions on this so please reach out again. I’m happy to review and help.

Greetings everyone,
From what I can see these do appear in error (to the best of my current knowledge), it may be because of changes to your storage limit during the period. The best course is to work with Seller Support to have your Fee evaluated for possible reimbursement.
@Gsye_Home,
I’ve reviewed your account and it looks like you have an open case that is investigating for possible reimbursement already. These reviews take a little time, so please continue to work the team in your open case. If you have any trouble with the case please reach out to me. Thank you.
@Sandsuced,
It also looks like you have an open case requesting a review of the fee. I would continue to work with Seller Support via your open case, however if you don’t see movement in the next 7 days, please let me know.
@KAROFI_VIETNAM,
Looking at your case, the appeal regarding these fees in error is in the right place and is being reviewed by the Seller Support team for possible reimbursement. If you have questions or you go an extended period (7 days) without response, please let me know and I can see what I can do.
At this point, it does not appear to be a technical issue, but I will be reaching out to my contacts within the FBA to let them know of this concern. In the meantime the fastest way for you to be reimbursed is to work with Seller Support, however if there is a delay or challenges with the cases, please let me know. Thank you.
