Hi all.
We sell grocery products and one buyer ordered a 32oz bag of chocolate. He received yesterday and sent us the following message:
"Nov 8, 2024 1:26 PM
Hello I did not receive what was ordered. Only some anime porn requesting a refund or a replacement."
...attached with en explicit picture of some anime porn. We asked buyer to provide a picture of the shipping label of that item and he is ignoring. This is the first time in 20+ years selling that we face such issue. Will the keywords be enforced by Amazon bots as a possible violation?

Was this an FBA or an FBM order? The problem with FBA (well, one of the problems) is that Peter Packer there occasionally packs the wrong items and the sellers get blamed.
To cover yourself tell them to open a return request and have them send the wrong items back to you. Be sure to say that your tracking number 12345667 shows the package weighed 3# and tell them how it was sipped - a box measuring 12x8x6 (or whatever) and MAYBE they will realize they have the wrong seller. (Of course it could just be someone covering up for the order he placed that his wife/girlfriend found by mistake!)

Wait until the end of the weekend for the MODS to reappear after their party time off -- and it's a LONG weekend for Veterans Day.
Wow!
Amazon DOES sell Anime Porn.
Playing cards.
Posters.
Blue-Ray discs.
I thought Amazon had a strict No Porn Policy...
I guess I was wrong.
I guess it only proves that whenever a Regulation is created, even if it is for a "Good Reason", there will be SOME people who will find a way to exploit it and make money.
Oh, what a remarkable species we are!
