I am unable to add a card to the Mexico marketplace to have my seller account activated. I have tried 5 different cards, all of them are valid VISA credit cards that can handle international transactions. I have called the bank and verified that none of the cards are blocking amazon's fees. All of them have been charged a "fee" in pesos from amazon and refunded so I know that those cards do work and the transaction can go through. All the information is correct, none of the cards are expired, but it keeps saying "invalid charge method" and won't let me fully activate my seller account. All the cards work for Canada and US marketplaces but won't work for Mexico. Please help me.

My charge method is not working in amazon I changed my card but still its not working, what should I do. I can do another international transaction with it but Amazon is not accepting it as a charge method.
