Urgent Assistance Needed - Video Verification Failed (New Seller Account)

Greetings,

I’m writing on behalf of my colleague who recently attempted to register a new seller account. During the video verification process, there was an issue because the legal representative manages multiple companies. Unfortunately, he mentioned a different company name during the verification, which resulted in the failure of the video verification.

They already have new trademark and inventory for this new account, but currently stuck due to the failed verification. We've heard from other sellers that Amazon usually provides a second chance for verification in genuine cases., but despite opening multiple cases, we haven’t received any helpful response. Every time the case is forwarded to the relevant department, it seems to hit a dead end with no resolution.

We would greatly appreciate any assistance or guidance on how we can move forward.
