Branded product erroneously delisted and restored, all inventory is now marked defective
I don't know how to flag this for account representatives, but I sell antennas for ham radios which are passive wires. Amazon delisted my product because they said they weren't certified. The FCC says (in responses to my emails) "How can you certify a piece of wire?" "Wires can't be certified". Amazon restored my listing but now all my inventory is suddenly marked defective. They were distributed to several FCs and sold under prime until the delisting incident. No one will tell me why they are defective; they just provide a list of 20 reasons product are marked as defective. None of the reasons fit my scenario. I am now trying to get them back, but support says it could take 90 days to return them. How am I supposed to stay in business if Amazon keeps coming up with reasons for me not to sell? Here is what I know:
I manufactured the products. They meet requirements for effective devices.
They were not recalled.
They are made of titanium alloy wire and are indestructible (a selling point).
Every item is packed separately and has a UPC code.
The packages are sealed with packing tape.
They are distributed to several FCs.
They have good customer reviews.
The are not dangerous.
The only possibility is that they are packed in tubes rather than boxes, but I checked with Amazon and the post office before hand and both said they were acceptable. Besides, receiving accepted and distributed them without any errors.
Support is worthless. They do investigations and then tell me the result is that they can't do investigations.
