VTR rate

Hi,

I've been closed down due to my VTR rate being zero I've been using Royal Mail 2nd class for postage and purchasing labels thorough my franking machine. I understand Amazon want shipping purchased from Buy Shipping and have sent in 6 appeals saying that i will use Buy Shipping in future but they haven't been successful all i get is the following message.

We received your submission but we do not have enough information to restore your seller-fulfilled listings at this time. To restore your seller-fulfilled listings, please address the questions below in greater detail and submit the information via email

-- What are the root causes that led to a lower than expected Valid Tracking Rate?

-- What actions have you taken to resolve the lower than expected Valid Tracking Rate?

-- What steps have you taken to prevent a lower than expected Valid Tracking Rate going forward?

Also provide the following:

-- Any evidence or examples that demonstrate that your account has complied with our policy.

Can anyone help?

Are you OK to post the latest appeal that you've had rejected?

A lot of these appeals are read by bots, so sometimes if the format doesn't match as they expect, or some words are used that flag issues, it can cause them to be rejected when they shouldn't.
