Hi everyone,
Is anyone else experiencing extremely long delays in getting a response from the lost on inbound team? I have cases that I opened In January that I have not gotten a responses on.
further more, any case they do respond to is given little to no effort and they deny my claims saying that the units were received under another shipment even when that is not true.
Lifetime lost on inbound is over $24,000. (approx. 2 years) According to Amazon though they never lost it. I have found the same items they claim to have not lost at local liquidators with my FBA inbound shipment labels on them!
