URGENT HELP: About Missing My FBA Shipments

We shipped a shipment FBA18L4MNT6N, there is a product totaling 18 pieces. However, since the shipment was successfully signed for at the Amazon warehouse on December 22, 2024, I have received a notification that 5 pieces are missing. Even after the shipment discrepancy investigation was completed, these 5 items were still not back in my inventory.

Faced with such a situation, we have filed a timely case requesting an investigation and submitted relevant documents including invoices, proof of receipt and delivery notes. However, one month has passed since the time of investigation and still no response has been received. The case ID is 17226255361. I can't help but ask, who should be responsible for such a situation?
