My documents were approved but my account was not opened

Amazon is in a very strange situation. They sent me an identity verification violation and I did it the same day. Even though I sent the documents, they suspended my account 2 days later. The account was disabled for 9 days and an e-mail came 4 days ago. The e-mail (Case ID:

17535468341) says ''Please do not reply to this e-mail as we do not review e-mails sent to this account.

Hello! Thank you for completing the identity verification process. We have completed our reviews and there are no other steps that need to be taken by you.

You can continue to sell on Amazon.com.

Despite my documents being approved and this e-mail, they have not activated my account for 4 days. I have been suffering unnecessary losses for 2 weeks. The document review took 9 days. So how many days will it take to open the approved account? Can you please inform me? I cannot open a case because the account is suspended and when I click on the contact section, it says 'you are not authorized to view this page''. Can someone please help with this?
