Separation of Reviews of the CHILDs from PARENT

The parent (B0CMHWTN7Q) has normally more than 4600 number of reviews. However, the reviews have been separated throughout the childs and almost each child has different number of reviews right now. I created cases about the issue but the problem is not solved yet.
As you know, the problem extremely affects negatively my sales and performance of the Ads. Please help me by solving the issue.
