Hello Sellers & Amazon Support,
We are the brand owner of CloudSeller and are fully approved under Amazon Brand Registry. We purchased two GS1 UPCs directly from GS1 US, and both are correctly registered under CloudSeller LLC (which matches our brand name, business name, and registered address).
Yet, when trying to create a new ASIN, we receive the following error:
📌 "The SKU does not match any ASIN and contains invalid values for attributes required for creation of a new ASIN."
What We Have Done So Far:
✅ Case ID: 17187111981 opened with Amazon Support.
✅ Provided GS1 registration proof showing we own the UPC.
✅ Submitted Amazon Brand Registry approval documents confirming CloudSeller is an approved brand.
✅ Shared IRS business registration proving we own CloudSeller LLC.
✅ Attached trademark registration for CloudSeller brand.
✅ Opened multiple cases with Amazon Support, but keep receiving generic responses that do not resolve the issue.
What Needs to Happen:
🚨 Amazon needs to manually verify GS1 UPC ownership and clear backend conflicts preventing listings.
🚨 Sellers who are brand-registered and using GS1 UPCs should NOT face these issues.
🚨 This appears to be an ongoing issue affecting multiple sellers—has anyone else experienced this?
If anyone has successfully resolved this issue, please share your experience. Amazon Support, please escalate this matter to the Catalog and Compliance Team for proper review.
Best,
CloudSeller LLC

Good Evening @Seller_5TLBmDjG924n8,
I took a look at CASE ID 17187111981 and found that Selling Partner Support shared with you on February 17th, 2025 that they were "able to approve the UPC prefix." You should be able to list the product now.
Please let us know if you continue to run into any other additional listings issue or you can reach back out to Selling Partner Support at any time. Have a wonderful weekend and take care.
Sincerely, Cooper_Amazon
