New Seller Account Review Help

Hello, I recently made an amazon account and started seller after getting ungated for the brands. The spike in sales I guess triggered the "Temporary Account Review".

The email said this:

"Your Amazon seller account has been placed under temporary review. This review period will provide us time to confirm delivery of your recent seller-fulfilled orders. The review period should not exceed 30 days, but we will inform you if additional time is required for your temporary review. While your account is under review, funds will remain in your account, but you will not be able to receive any disbursements during the review period."

This is not an issue, okay I understand my account must go under review, but I try to submit an appeal to this email:

"How do I expedite the review of my account?

If you believe there has been an error or you would like the review process expedited, submit an explanation to selleraccount-review(@)amazon.com. Your explanation should include the following information:"

So I sent this email a message numerous times and get this automated response every time:

"Hello,

This email address is not associated with a Seller Central account. Please write to us from the email address registered to your account so that we may better assist you."

Before anyone asks, yes I am using the right email address associated with my seller account.

I am not sure what to do now and have no heard updates and it has been three weeks since I got this message. It is really annoying as I have been delivering to my customers and have yet to receive any form of payment. I tried reaching out to support and they all tell me the same thing which is to reach out to the same email which does not work.
