brand name changed in backend
(17581723341) this is the latest case number my brand has been changed by amazon or by hijacker im private lable in all of my listings in brand option UMSupplies is locked but in backend its changed to UM i need my all listing fix as per my in brand name option locked name @Cooper_Amazon @Sandy_Amazon

Create a case with seller support and add two screenshots:
1. USPTO showing you as brand owner. Exactly as in your "Legal Entity" in your seller account.
2. GS1 search showing you as the owner who used this UPC to create the listing. Exactly as in your "Legal Entity" in your seller account.
These proofs are unbeatable and they will change the brand, but it can take some time.
In case you ONLY have the GS1 UPC, that will also be enough proof. USPTP trademark is not necessary.

Thanks for posting your inquiry. I've reviewed the details of this request, and see that Seller Support updated case 17581723341 1 day ago informing you that the ASINs have been updated, and to allow up to 72 hours for the changes to reflect on the product detail pages.
