I think I can speak for everyone by saying we're fed up with the lack of support on this platform. I have compiled a list of nearly 15 issues, many left unresolved. People still begging for support but not getting it. Losing their minds and probably very stressed out over the loss of their access to the funds they are rightfully owed. I can even imagine the huge mental health toll and possible consequences of that as well.
I make this post as a board for you to post whatever else you find unresolved in a similar fashion. So that maybe we can understand how many of us are really getting the boot.

The AMAZON platform fooled me personally. I invested with confidence, but in the end, all I have is regret. I wake up and ask myself what I was thinking, trying to sell on this platform that deceived me. I didn't violate AMAZON's policy, yet my products were blocked simply because they were in direct competition with theirs.
It's clear that Amazon doesn't offer the protection or support that sellers need. They block listings and accounts without proper analysis and reject any documents provided without consideration. The financial loss and stress are overwhelming.
I no longer want to sell on Amazon and I hope sharing our experiences here can bring attention to how many of us are affected by these issues. Let's support each other and make our voices heard.

Thanks for the mention in the post! I wonder then why give the option to do product listings where they don't want competition? Either close it to everyone and let them sell their own products, it seems like bullying....

How can we bring this issue to Jeff Bezos's attention?
I'm puzzled because Jeff Bezos is well-known for his philanthropy, including the Bezos Earth Fund for climate change and the Bezos Day One Fund for homelessness and education. Given his commitment to charitable causes, it's surprising that he might not be aware of the difficulties sellers face on Amazon. I've had to let go of six employees due to these challenges. I believe that if Bezos understood the full impact, he would take action. How can we ensure he learns about this situation?

I don't know how true it is, but I heard Jeff Bezos only owns 9% of the company's stock now-a days. So he prettymuch has no say whatsoever, besides that he's too busy building odd shaped rockets, I imagine.

He is no longer at the helm, and the company is so massive at this point it's impossible to reach anyone. I am having the same difficulties and have had to let go of all employees for now. It's been 2 months, we've been bled dry. I am wishing you the best navigating any future difficulties.

This is what I always say. Maybe give it back to the workers that got you so rich. The Amazon workers, or pay for customer service. They know what's going on. They give to corporations, not to people themselves.
The rich have always called it the trickle down system, which only helps rich people stay rich. It never helps the people that made them rich.
Mackenzie Bezos also, she gives to many charities, except to the people that got her that money. What a shame!

Sellers are ignored by Amazon form starting because if some of sellers got fed up many new are waiting for opening of new accounts so they don't care of sellers which are in trouble
My issue is regarding Video call verification I have provided them everything and have explained my business module and may be there was internet issue so agent can't get any one answer so they have deactivated my account and I have appealed many times but always system generated replies
They said that video call verification is recorded so I have requested them to please check my video call interview recording so everything will be clear but they are not even checking

Keep in mind you are only hearing ONE side of the story when you read a forum post. While I will be the first to admit Amazon has issues, I wonder how many of these sellers who complain are actually at fault. We know as sellers that buyers are clueless sometimes, well that works both ways. Personally I have sold on this platform for nearly 20 years and 90% of the time I had an issue it was resolved. Not necessarily the first time (which they ALL should have been) but eventually. I have given up on a few lately but I am only out $1 and $4 respectively on those and its not worth fighting the battle anymore. I wish any sellers who are truly having issues good luck on getting them resolved.

my account is deactivated for no reason. They sent false violations like homeopathy medicine has allopathy ingredients that are not allowed or like an fda approved night cream has prescription only drugs. We need to protest against Amazon. This shouldn't even be legal what they are doing to you good people! I'm small scale seller and no they are nobody's friends.
