my account was deactivated unexpectedly half a month ago. i asked them they told me i have done fraudlent or illegal activity . i contact the support team they asked me to submit the documents which i submitted . after 6 time submissions in half a month they ignore my requests about activation.
my all listing is listed as FBA and i have never contact any customers . Also on my health page my account rating health is healthy and my policy compliance is healthy . but they deactivated my account . i have done a lot of verifications from the day one . but its very hurting that amazon treat their sellers in this way by ignoring requests . i have my own products and also i have a registered brand on USPTO and on also registered on amazon . what should i do to reactivate my account ?
