I have a Canadian shipment FBA182SHJS1N, a total of 120 pieces of goods, in July has been signed into the Amazon warehouse, but has been receiving 30 pieces less, until the shipment discrepancy investigation has been completed and still 30 pieces less. Opened a lot of CASE, submitted invoices, proof of receipt, delivery notes, etc., but Amazon response is very official, has been said to wait, I'm not sure how long the investigation in the end, has been the past half a month, Case ID:15939653941
Who is responsible for this, please? Who should I seek compensation for a shipment of tens of thousands of dollars?
