My account has been deactivated for an unknown reason

Hello,

My account has been deactivated for an unknown reason. I submitted all the documents I have from my end and talked with customer support around 100 times but still, my account is deactivated, and did not get any update. Is there anyone who can kindly help me?

Sincerely,

Md Mukul Hossen

The reason is stated in the email or Performance Notification you received from Amazon. Post that so others can see exactly what they said. Without that, no one here can help you.

"Customer Support" or rather Seller Support is unable to help with account deactivations.

This would indicate a concern with trying to verify your account and or selling history including but not limited to authenticity and supply chain reviews. Due to the nature of the situation I have a few questions about the situation.

Are you the account owner, if so is the account registered to you in your name, and physical address? Do you have a valid utility bill or services such as gas, water, electric, phone or internet? Are these bills again in the account owners name and address?

As noted this can include a review of your inventory and supply chain. You will need sourcing documentation such as invoices for "ALL" listed products, even if they have never sold. Listing a product shows an intent to sell thus we will need to validate your sourcing information and supplier to confirm compliance. If you listed a branded product, you will need to provide a letter of authorization or license agreement verifying you were previously authorized by the brand to list and sell their products on amazon. As mentioned with the other documents, all information will again need to reference the account owner and their physical address as verification. We may also require proof of delivery for shipped products to ensure they were received.

The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.

Emet.
