Protect your brand with 20,000 free Transparency codes for one year

Brands will be eligible to receive 20,000 free Transparency codes for one year for every new product enrolled in the program before December 31, 2023.

Transparency prevents customers from receiving non-authentic or wrong versions of products, such as different compatibility, color, materials, language, or regulatory compliance.

Each Transparency code is a unique, alphanumeric, non-sequential barcode that is applied to your product’s packaging and ensures that every unit shipped is authentic.

To find out more about this promotion, Contact the Transparency team or go to Get free Transparency codes for 1 year.

*This promotion applies to codes for eligible products generated within 365 days of receiving protection. To become eligible for the promotion, you must apply Transparency codes to the same surface as the GTIN (such as UPC or EAN) barcode. This promotion does not include printing or other associated costs. Other conditions may apply.

Beware of signing up for transparency code programs.

They will mark a whole bunch of them defective in the FC, wait till they get lost and reimburse you half the value.

Why isn't this just done by default? If there is such a problem, then think of a way to fix it for everyone. That's your job Amazon.

Still waiting tto find out how this protects us against the more common IP theft, where a company changes just the brand name on the listing, copies the photos, text, and product, but sells it under a different ASIN.

I might be inclined to believe Amazon about this program working if I didnt have to file case after case to get your guys to apply your own rules.

Will the transparency codes protect my brand from brand and review hijacking?

My ASIN

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00W5KHCWW

is a brand Personalized-Pets-by-StockingFactory

Last Year a brand hijacker who sells PEST PRODUCTS, right now they are selling BEE TRAPS overwrote our brand to another brand "RocksOnly" from our brand Personalized-Pets-by-StockingFactory and we cannot get Seller Support or Brand Registry to help us restore our brand back to Personalized-Pets-by-StockingFactory. We have opened numerous help desk tickets, did the violation reports, but no help, our memorial stone is still hijacked. If you click on that listing, you will see BEE TRAPS, or sometimes ULTRASONIC PEST REPELLERS hijacking thousands of reviews from memorial pet stone. Our memorial pet stone listing with our brand Personalized-Pets-by-StockingFactory is now completely vandalized by the Bee Traps and Pest Repellers, our listing was never a part of any Parent/Child variation until the Bee Traps hijacked it .

No matter what I do I cannot prevent these BEE TRAP hackers from destroying one of our best listings we have created in 2015 and we are the designer and manufacturer and only seller. The item keeps getting rehijacked back over and over again.

If the transparency codes will help, we are willing to do whatever it takes, but I cannot even get Seller Support and Brand Registry to revert the brand back . I have been sending proofs, including a link to AMAZON INDIA, where our listing still shows our brand Personalized-Pets-by-Stockingfactory

https://www.amazon.in/gp/product/B00W5KHCWW

but it appears Brand Registry is either not trained enough or somehow protecting these hijackers with Bee Traps and Ultrasonic Pest Repellers who hijack products like ours so our reviews get hijacked and attached to their unrelated products.

I was hoping if an ASIN has Transparency Code, perhaps it cannot be part of a parent/child variation relationship if other child variations do not have a Transparency Code - can anyone confirm this or am I dreaming of a feature that does not exist....
