Delay in Receiving FC Contact Details for Self-Inbounding (Case ID: 10985443462)

We are posting here regarding a long-pending issue with Case ID: 10985443462, which I raised on 3rd April 2025. The issue is about getting the contact person name and contact number of the Fulfillment Centers (FCs) for my confirmed self-inbound shipments (booked via FC appointments) that are being handled through a third-party courier.

Despite raising this basic request days ago, all I’ve received so far are repeated generic responses like “your case remains open” with no resolution or actionable update. This information is essential for my courier partner to complete the delivery at the FC as per the scheduled appointment.

Why is it taking over 3 days to provide such basic contact details? This is seriously affecting my business - my shipments are ready, inventory is idle, and my products are showing out of stock on Amazon while I wait for a simple response.

On other platforms, this information is readily available through a Stock Transfer Order (STO). I am just asking Amazon to provide similar details or guidance so that I can proceed without further delay.

Requesting the forum moderators and experienced sellers to please advise or escalate this to the appropriate internal team.
