TRO Resolved but Money Still FROZEN

Hello!

1. Received TRO from the seller performance team 13 June (Case: 24-cv-04104 )

2. I have signed the settlement agreement with the right owner

3. The plaintiff law firm withdrew the lawsuit, and he notified Amazon by EMAIL that he withdrew the complaint

But by now my money still on hold. CAN SOMEONE HELP ME?

I really need funds to operate, this has a great impact on me. Please help, thank you so much.

Amazon legal needs to get all the information and review it which can take weeks/months.

More importantly did the brand owner give any indication that your products were, in fact, legitimate products that you were only selling improperly?

Were you doing FBA or FBM?

Unless the brand owner gave Amazon some proof that the products were actually legitimate you may be out of luck on the money despite the settlement since Amazon will have no proof of authenticity to allow disbursement.
