I’ve added my real address in Ukraine to my Amazon account, and initially, it was accepted with an ETA provided for the verification postcard. However, the next day, the address was marked as 'invalid,' the postcard was not sent, and the code field disappeared. I then tried updating the address to match the format on my bank statement, but the same issue occurred: the address was accepted initially, with a postcard ETA, but the following day it was silently marked as invalid again.
After contacting support, I received completely irrelevant responses. I made a third attempt by using the address format from Google Maps, but I encountered the same problem. Now, my account is being deactivated without the postcard ever being sent.
How can I receive the postcard at the address I provided? It seems that Ukrainian addresses are being silently blocked.
I need an alternative way to verify my address. I haven't received any email with those options
Could someone please assist me with this issue? I need to receive an email offering alternative methods for address verification for Ukraine, as Amazon is not able to send the postcard.
