Usually when the Seller Fulfilled privilege is taken away, it is due to Order Performance concerns. This is the Late Shipment Rate, Valid Tracking Rate and Cancel Rate information under Shipping Performance when viewing your account health page. This can also be a result of Drop Shipping.

Some information you may wish to review: Best practices for MFN orders, Intro to merchant-fulfilled shipping (MFN) both of these are in Seller Central.

Late shipment rate - Cancellation rate - Valid tracking rate FAQ

Drop Shipping Policy and Policy violation appeals FAQ

Please review the Performance Notification from the time this happened. Read that information very carefully to see what Amazon is requiring to resolve the violation.

If you need additional information specific to your account, please provide the documents I need to investigate.
