Amazon lost my $12,000 worth of merchandise and I can’t get compensation even though I provided proof of delivery.

My goods were delivered on September 2, but they were not put on the shelves for several weeks. I asked the customer service, and they replied that the investigation date had not arrived. They said that the goods could only be investigated on October 16.

So I waited until October 16, and they said that my goods had a defect fee because the time interval between the arrival of the same batch of goods exceeded 30 days. If they could put the goods on the shelves in time, there would be no problem at all.

After dealing with this problem, a few days later, the shipment became completed. But the quantity received was 0.

I asked the customer service again and took the initiative to provide the purchase invoice and proof of delivery.

Then they replied that this information was not enough and the product Asin needed to be shown on the invoice. My invoice has the name of the shipment and the quantity of the goods, but Amazon does not recognize this information.

I filed cases many times to resolve this matter, but the answers were the same.

I have encountered the problem of lost shipments before, and I only provided invoices and proof of delivery. I got compensation very smoothly before. I don’t know why this happened this time.

Is there any professional Amazon staff who can help me?
