Hi Amazon Seller Support,
My account was deactivated on August 29, 2024. I went through the process of getting it reactivated and still remains deactivated to this day.
The problem is I went through interview inventory authenticity verification with a 3rd party company. There were no problems, and they were suppose to return my inventory back to me. That was 3 months ago. I saw that my inventory that was scheduled to return back to me was all cancelled. I tried creating a removal order myself but it leads me to an error page.
Can someone look into this for me, as I do not have access to contact Amazon seller support directly or Amazon Account Health because of the status of my account.

What makes you think there were no problems? If there were no problems your account would have been reactivated and you would be selling those units rather than wanting them back.
Your invoice was not following policy and you could not proof authenticity
