We are selling on amazon.com and located in Europe. For the e-services (advertising and commission) we get an VAT invoice from amazon (as it falls in the VAT regime). For FBA in the US I cannot find an invoice (also doesn't fall in VAT regime). My accountant says I will need an invoice or receipt for these services though to deduct these cost from my income for income tax purposes. I know I can download a report, but I am looking for an actual invoice or receipt. Does anybody how i can get this and how do other European sellers do this?

Hi @Seller_pKNzNWHv1jpBO,
I see this is your first post in the Forums. Welcome to our community!
As per this help page, if you are a foreign seller and not a U.S. taxpayer, you will need to complete a tax interview available via these steps. You will be providing Amazon the appropriate tax identity in the form of a W-9 or W-8BEN form. The responses you provide to the tax interview questions will create the appropriate tax form on your behalf. IRS regulations require non-U.S. taxpayers to provide Form W-8BEN to Amazon in order to be exempt from U.S. tax reporting requirements.
I've found this help page which goes into detail about the US Tax Requirements. I would recommend reading through this page to get a better understanding of how this process works. If you are unsure of your obligations or need support, you can speak to an accountant or a tax advisor, which you can find on the Service Provider Network on your Seller Central.
Please let me know if there's any other questions regarding the information shared above. You can also contact Selling Partner Support anytime.
Thanks,
