I shipped 133 unit in ID FBA17WLMM9LR with tracking numbers. As per the tracking number items were delivered on Apr 18, 2024, 09:48:00 AM - Charlotte NC US - Package delivered. On the FBA page, it is that all 133 items are missing. It shows me "Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed"Investigation completed – shipment contents counted and confirmed. I am not able to open an investigation.

Please take a look as this is a big loss for me. Let me know if you need anything else.
