We've seen a rush of these Chinese sellers opening stores selling printed t-shirts, they just jump on someone else ASIN or just steal the image. They are just presumably copying the image and producing a low quality rip off.

Not just our products but lots of other sellers.

How do we report this?

Amazon is 100% here to make themselves the most money and do not encourage the sale of your products for your own profit. I'll be happy to see the death of Amazon one day.

Hello Sellers & Amazon,

I am creating 6 ASINs that I want to sell on my own account on Amazon, these ASINs are brand registered, and there is no reason why I shouldn't be allowed to sell them. IN FACT, other sellers are selling this ASIN. The ASINs that are affected by this are below:

B01HP19FXO, B08G4GDD6J, B01KMW3Y08, B071SH61X4, B07Q5836HY, B07Q357RSK

When I go to edit / list these ASINs, I'm met with the listing being deactivated & a message saying that it "requires approval to sell". Along with that, when I apply to sell, I'm rejected with the below message:

"We are not accepting applications to sell:

Other Luxury Beauty category in New condition(s)

Other Luxury Beauty category in Used, Refurbished, Collectible condition(s)"

Amazon Seller Support has been unhelpful thus far simply stating that they are not accepting applications to sell. Is this a wide-spread issue? The product category is also incorrect, when they state that my items are Luxury Beauty, they're in fact in the below category path:

Home & Kitchen › Event & Party Supplies › Party Games & Activities

1. Why am I being blocked from listing my own brand registered products?

2. Why does it say my products are beauty products, when the detail page is live with a different category?

3. Can you assist me in ungating this ASIN so that I can sell my own product & not let other sellers sell it?
