Order number 407-8755792-9377158, this is an order fullfilled by seller, I sent it to buyer through Amazon MCF channel, Amazon order number: S02-0145941-4863145, carrier Amazon shipping, tracking code [Modificato dal moderatore - Dati personali Rimossi], according to the logistic information, the parcel has been successfully delivered. However, the buyer left a negative feedback: the parcel was not received. I tried to contact the buyer, but the buyer never responded. The buyer never contacted me and did not request a refund. Based on this, I believe this buyer provided false negative feedback and it should be removed. I contacted Amazon support for help but it didn't work. My review history has always been clean and this feedback is now ruining my positive performance. I hope this can be resolved soon, thank you.
