Stuck in an endless loop of documentation upload for an Unsuitable inventory investigations policy

Is there any other team or department that an honest seller can really get the help needed to fix my sellers account? I've been hit with a Unsuitable inventory investigations policy which is killing my business and I'm unable to pay expenses due to amazon tying up funds/inventory but whats strange is the ASIN in question is still selling but if amazon really had concerns for their customers, why allow the ASIN to still sell but partially deactivate my account where I cant create a FBA shipment nor retrieve my funds! I've uploaded the required documentation but can't seem to get anywhere but to upload the same documentation, wait the 3-5 business day to tell me ton upload the same already uploaded documentation! Please someone help or point me in the right direction!!!!

FYI: I've been selling this product since 2023 and can't understand what's the problem nor am I given a reason to why this happened and how could this be prevented in the future.
