CASE 16652640941
We received a product authenticity complaint on one of our products and our listing was deactivated by Amazon. We submitted invoices and payment records to show that our products are not handmade and from an authorized distributor.
Our submissions kept getting rejected then we notice that it was reviewed by the Handmade Integrity Team.
Our products are not HANDMADE
Can someone from the amazon team look into this?
Additionally, they mentioned that we should look into Voice of Customer page to address the issue. After looking into it, our VOC page for this product have no complaints nor return and is in Excellent condition. I even sent them a screenshot of the VOC page in my submission.
Anyone experience this?
Hello @Seller_sGb1o8JSQpW2T
Thank you for the information provided regarding the recent impact to your account. I understand the confusion surrounding the situation given the messaging and details you have received. I wanted to provide some insight to better assist you.
CASE 16652640941
I did review the case and saw where the last response stated the review was still ongoing, so I communicated with another team that did state your documentation was rejected. They did determine that the information related was not sufficient in validating the supply chain so they could not move forward.
We would recommend reviewing your documents and ensuring that they meet all of our requirements regarding sourcing. As for the suggestion to look at the Voice of Customer page, it is to assist in identifying where the concerns surrounding the product originate.
If you have any additional questions or updates regarding this situation, please continue to utilize this thread for support.
Best,
Atlas
are ANY of the products you sell on Amazon "handmade"? have you EVER sold "handmade" anything on Amazon at any time under your current store name?
