Shipment was delivered on the last day of the delivery window and Amazon accuses me of being late because their receiving took 1 month!! Despite documents provided, the investigation result stands final and any forms of appeals or approaching the so-called Merchant Inbound Coaching (MIC) Team are denied. I opened two case to appeal and they are not accepting.
Delivery window is literally called DELIVERY window for a reason, they are the dates that our shipment deliver to a FC, they do not include the period Amazon takes to receive, doesn't it?
I have no other options to appeal and this is so unfair that sellers have to take this BS. Mods please help.
