My account got deactivated a few months back for lacking business information (I had switched address recently). I had failed to provide my utility bill as requested since all our bills were in my husbands name.
After that I got a section 3 fraudulent activity violation. I waited 3 months for identity verification after which my funds got reimbursed but my account is still deactivated and there is no clear communication from amazon.
How can I get my account back?
