I am writing to formally request the immediate change of my area delivery agent due to the ongoing and unresolved issues with delivery and pickup services that have significantly impacted my business over the past two years. Despite numerous attempts to resolve these issues through multiple contacts with Amazon support, including a visit to the Amazon warehouse and meetings with the delivery agents’ team leader, no satisfactory resolution has been provided.

Repeated Failure of Delivery Agents to Arrive on Time for Pickup:

Despite repeated complaints, these delivery agents have failed to arrive on time for pickups, leading to multiple order cancellations.
Issues with Return Packages: I switched to Easy Ship for smoother delivery, but the return packages were not picked up as scheduled. After 60 days, my safety claims were denied because the delivery agents reported that I was unavailable to return the packages.
Failed Pickups for FBA Transfers: For the last 15 days, I have been trying to transfer my stock to Amazon FBA but the scheduled pickups have not occurred. Even after rescheduling, no delivery agent has come to collect the packages.
Unprofessional Behavior from Delivery Agents: In one case, when I contacted a delivery agent to inquire about the pickup, I was informed that they would not be coming, and I was instructed to handle it myself.
Request for Immediate Action:
I kindly request that you assign a new delivery agent for my area, as I can no longer afford further delays and losses. The continued issues with the current delivery agents are severely affecting my business operations.
Please ensure that this matter is escalated to the appropriate team to handle the change promptly. I would appreciate your urgent attention to this request to prevent further disruptions to my business.
