Amazon policies maintain a store that is safe for buyers and fair to sellers. Violations of these policies may result in content removal or account deactivation. Below is a record of all listings associated with your account that violate Amazon policy. View a full list of our policies for more detail.
Hello,
We are notifying you that working with or influencing customers to leave negative feedback to damage or abuse the seller, their listings, or their ratings is a policy violation. This violation negatively impacts your account health. If left unaddressed, this may lead to account deactivation.
Why did this happen?
All sellers on Amazon are expected to follow the Amazon Selling policies and seller code of conduct. As part of the code of conduct, sellers should not attempt to damage or abuse another seller, their listings, or their ratings. This includes, but is not limited to, working with or influencing customers to leave negative feedback.
"We are notifying you that working with or influencing customers to leave negative feedback to damage or abuse the seller, their listings, or their ratings is a policy violation."
Keep in mind that your account can also be affected by anything that family members and relatives/business associates that Amazon has linked to you by various methods have done.
If you think the ancestry sites know a lot about you, Amazon probably knows even more!
Any links out there to angry negative feedback friends or relatives?
Hello @Seller_1DlGSV9DENp1A
Thank you for the information provided regarding the issues you are seeing. I understand our team has concerns regarding the activity on the account.
The information does appear to indicate that there are concerns that you or someone affiliated with you may have attempted to influence our feedback system. This could have been in an effort to assist you by leaving positive reviews for products you sell or negative reviews for a competitor.
Have you done any kind of investigating to determine where the issue may have occurred? We would recommend reviewing all of the activity associated and speaking with your employees, friends, and family if you are still unable to identify the concern.
This type of situation is generally a dispute only, so our team will only be willing to accept information that shows the policy was not violated. If you find that there was activity occurring, we can not guarantee a resolution will be available for the violation.
We do encourage you to continue to refer to this thread with any information or updates you receive so we may better understand.
Best,
Atlas
