Could use some mod help

New seller, I've been selling nearly 6 months now. Have gotten a few Counterfeit complaints and gotten through those just fine. Got another this week and then immediately an email from CSM-Brand-Review@amazon.com asking for invoices etc.

I definitely wasnt submitting things correctly to them and now i think i finally have but they have pulled all my listings. I was unfortunately unlucky enough to be leaving on vacation the day after i got that email so i sent what i thought was correct and now here we are with listings shut down and its obviously not what they want. I just now sent multiple emails to them with pdfs of what they were asking for but because of file size limits i had to send 20 emails. I really could use some help here, ive gotten through the most recent counterfeit claims and believe i have submitted the documents they require but i just keep waking up in the am to another email from them saying insufficient. I am sourcing directly from the largest distributor there is for this brand, no returns or pallets or funny business and I'm selling a lot. What can be done?

Another submission declined, the inconsistency here is maddening. Dealt with the same thing last time I had a counterfeit complaint. I read in the Voice of the customer what the complaint is. The customer litterally read the warranty card and assumed the product was fake because i offer an extended warranty beyond the manufacture.

Anyone Please Help, seems my submissions to csm-brand-review@amazon.com are now being auto declined.

I have called into amazon health to fix the Inauthentic complaint and they believe the second review should be concluded soon and will resolve that issue but that only resolves the counterfeit claim, now all of my listings for that brand are pulled and i cannot seem to get that resolved until the counterfeit claim is resolved. But when they sent me that email they said send within 7 days which I've now done apparently so many times that im auto declined now.
